I ended my last blog in my health journey by saying: With my luck let’s see. Will I be able to get back on track before traveling for the summer? On Tuesday I will try once again. I hope and pray this is the end of the curse on me and working out!
Tuesday came… did I workout? NO! Why? Because my daughter was sick yet again and I was stuck at work till about 4pm. I messaged Ondrej and canceled our session and rescheduled for Sunday. Friday night my nanny returned and I thought to myself, I will finally have the time to do everything I need to do!
Sunday was here and Ondrej came, I didn’t need to cancel!! Seeing him after 1.5 months felt so weird but I was so hyper and excited! He took it easy on me since it had been such a long time. He also made sure to take his time with me since he did not want to hurt or shock my back. After we were done I realized how much I had missed my workouts! We scheduled some more sessions for Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday because on Monday I was travelling for my summer vacation.
We did a group work out on Thursday with my siblings and it felt great! After 2 stressful months I poured my heart into that workout and burned 473 calories!

I had him come on Saturday morning at 7:30 right before work at 9:30. On Monday I had to unfortunately cancel as I wasn’t feeling well. Now that I’ve traveled I won’t be seeing him till August. In the meantime I shall begin working out in order to regain my energy and to get back into the routine.
My goal over the summer is to try my best to lose 2-3 kilos. Let’s see if I am able to achieve this. Can I impress Ondrej and lose without him? Since it’s so hard to impress him?! Let’s hope so!
